This year, we're celebrating something huge: Face to Face Enrichment Center's 20th Anniversary, officially marked on September 11, 2026.

Twenty years is no small milestone. It represents two decades of showing up for the communities we serve — building programs rooted in mentorship, empowerment, and connection, and staying committed to that mission through every season of growth.

Two Decades of Impact

Face to Face's work has always been about more than any single program. It's been about building relationships that last — between mentors and mentees, between the organization and the schools and partners it works alongside, and between COPE and the families who trust us with their kids.

That commitment lives on today through initiatives like The COPE Project NOLA, where that same mission — mentorship, empowerment, connection — continues to grow. From our partnerships with Loyola University's nursing program and Esperanza Academy, to new initiatives like Mentors In Arts, the foundation Face to Face built 20 years ago is still what drives the work forward.

Here's to the Next 20

Twenty years in, Face to Face Enrichment Center's impact isn't just measured in programs run or partnerships built — it's measured in the young people who found mentorship, support, and a sense of possibility because this organization existed.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of these 20 years — staff, mentors, partners, and the families who made this mission worth pursuing. Here's to the next 20.
